Difficulty Setting Save order
I recently just upgraded to RB 12.02 from 11.08. When I go into my reports
I see the save order is set to -1 for ever item. (unfortunately I don't
know when these got set to -1) But now when I try to set them the first
time I try to set them to something else when I hit enter or move off the
item it changes it from what ever I put in to that number -1 and I have to
try and set it again for it to take it. For example If I put in 5 it
converts it to 4 then I have to type 5 in again for it to take it. If I put
a new label on the form when I set save to true it sets it properly it only
seems to be affecting reports that I have converted from earlier versions.
Any thoughts?

This is not a known issue. If you would like you can send us one of the old
templates and we can try it here.
The easiest way to alter the save order is to use the Print To File dialog
by selecting File | Print To File Setup.. from the main menu, or assign it
in code.
