Parameter LookupList sorting

Hi,

It would be really nice if the TppParameter.LookupSettings.SortOrder had a
third option of "None" or "Natural", so that the items entered in the
LookupList aren't messed around with.

For example, I ask the user to select from a drop-down list of days of the
week, Monday through to Sunday. I enter this in the LookupList:

Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

This gets offered to the user as:

Friday
Monday
Saturday
Sunday
Thursday
Tuesday
Wednesday
