    Hi Jaime,

    This is not a known issue. Which version of Outlook are you using? Is
    Outlook running when you are trying to send the email? Which operating
    system are you using?

    Hi Jaime,

    We have not seen this error before. Does this occur on every machine you
    run the app on? Have you tried the included email demo (110) located in the
    \RBuilder\Demos\1. Reports\... directory?

    You may have also have corrupt install of Outlook on your machine.

    The error ocurrs on every machine. With your demo, I do the next :
    Outlook is closed. Run then demo. It display outlook form. Works Fine. I
    Cancel the form. Run the demo another time. Error -> "Error in the
    Application"

    in the machine all outlook works fine... I haven't corrupt install.

    Does the error only occur when running from within the IDE or does it occur
    when running directly from an exe as well?

    Originally you mentioned that you were receiving an "unknown error". Have
    you always been getting both errors?

    In my testing with RB 11.08 and Outlook 2007, I was able to load the example
    (110) select the outlook MAPI button, and send an email multiple times
    without receiving any errors. You might try downloading a trial copy of RB
    11 and see if that helps the issue.

    The error ocurrs running fom demo.exe and running from IDE.

    The error is the same. Error Code 2. But there are distinct translations.
    Spanish, English, etc..

    Can You test rb 11.08 an outlook 2007 doing the next. Close Outlook. Run
    demo. Press outllok Mapi button and cancel new form (outlook send message
    not demo.exe) that was send new message. Try again. If I do this I have
    the error code 2. I see a new process named outlook.exe in the taskmanager.
    If I kill this process demo run again fine. If I don't kill this process
    demo.exe Mapi button don't work (error code 2 ).

    The error ocurrs in this line :

    lcSendMail := MapiSendMail(FSessionHandle, lParentWnd, FMapiMessage,
    liFlags, 0);

    in
    function TppSMTPMapi.SendMail(aMessage: TppEmailMessage): Boolean;

    in
    unit ppSMTPMapi;

    Where I can download only new demo.exe compilated (RB 11.08) and try what
    you are saying me ?

    Hi Jaime,

    Have you tried running the demo from outside the Delphi IDE? In many cases,
    running MAPI from within the Delphi IDE can cause issues with Outlook when
    repeatedly cancelled.

    If you would like to test with RB 11.08, you can download a trial copy from
    our website.
