Weird problem with default printer

I have a problem cropping up where print preview shows my report the way it
should but when I print, things are missing and some text is printing over
the other. If I print to a printer which is not the default, it prints fine
but if I change that printer to be the default it prints strange again.
Problem seems to pnly occur with a printer when it is made the default. I
am using Windows XP, Delphi 2007 and Report Builder 10.09.

Any ideas?

    Have not heard of this before. Do all reports exhibit this same behavior or
    just this one report? Do the RB Demos exhibit this behavior? As a test try
    commenting all event-handler code associated with the report. Also try
    downloading a trial of RB 11.08 and perform the same test.
