RB 11.05 Build 3 resolves critical issues with section style subreports and
richtext.

Email notifications have been sent to registered RB 11 developers.

Registered developers that did not receive download notification should
follow these steps:

- check spam/junk folders
- configure spam/junk filters to allow email from digital-metaphors.com.
- send serial number and registration details to info@digital-metaphors.com
and request download info.
