No update emails nor reply to our emails regarding free update from ReportBuilder Standard 14.06 to
Hi,
Last year we purchased V14.05, and only after 14.06 was announced, only
after enquiries, did we receive a password etc to upgrade.
Now two new releases passed, and for 14.08 I again asked my colluge to
enquire about an upgrade. He replied on the last succesfull communications
with your company, and also send it to support@digital-metaphors.com.
A few emails was send and absolutely no reply received.
I know many years ago we used older versions and we used to recive update
emails whenever a new version became availbale that we could update to for
free.
Any idea what more we can do?

I apologize that you are not receiving updates. I was not able to find
your registration information in the database. If you could please
email your company information and serial number to:
