output hebrew text to pdf

after running ppArchiveReader and build pdf file the text is reversed
i choose PDFSettings.FontEncoding to feAnsi
feUnicode - not good becuase the text is printing with gaps
my version is
ReportBuilder for Delphi 10.3
Enterprise Edition

To receive full support, we recommend upgrading to RB 23.01. This upgrade includes a 12-month subscription to technical support, along with access to all bug fixes, and major and minor updates released during the subscription period. If you choose to continue using RB 20 after upgrading, we can assist with basic questions related to that version. However, please note that we will not be able to provide bug fixes or updates for RB 20.
