blank page in using section type subreport

My report has 2 group grouped by the same field. In first group footer,there
is a normal child type subreport and some memo component, in second group
footer there is a section type subreport.
Before printing the section type subreport, if the previous page has content
printed very near at the bottom of the page, then there is a blank page
printed before the section type subreport is printed. No this type of error
if the previous page has many space before the section type subreport is
printed.
How to avoid these?(No blank page printed before section type subreport is
printed at any circumstance)

My guess is that the first group footer is taking up all the available space
on the page - which will generate a page break. Then the second group footer
prints and the section subreport generates its page break.

Perhaps you can redesign the layout such that there is only one group footer
that contains the section subreport. Then in the title band of the section
subreport put the child subreport and memo.

Another configuration would be to create a summary query that contains a
list of groups. Create a main report that is connected to the summary query.
For the main report, remove the header and footer bands. In the detailband
place two section style subreports:

section1
section2
