Can PHP be used with the Web server? If so, are there examples?

We do not have any examples that use PHP. Do you know whether PHP can call a
COM object? Or a .DLL perhaps? I tried Google but was not able to find
anything conclusive one way or the other.

One approach would be to try calling an RB WebTier form PHP by passing a URL
with params to the web server.
