Background Thread
When using a trsClientReport and you set "UseBackGroundThread" to true
reports preview fine but stop after printing page #1 is sent to the printer.
Does this make sense? "UseBackGroundThread" set to false works fine preview
or printing.
I should also say my mail goal is to make my MDI app repsonsive even when
something is sent to the printer. Using a background thread for printing
does release the app to continue processing & printing but fails to print
more than one page.

- I tried a simple test, using the RBServer\Demos\Clients\ClientExplorer
demo and it worked properly. I used RB 10.03 and D2006. I tried testing
printing a few reports and all pages were printed.
- try testing with that application
