BUG - Selecting ReportExplorer Component results in AV

I am using Delphi 7 Enterprise SP1, ReportBuilder Server 10.02.

If I open the 04. Custom Parameters client demo project and select the
ReportExplorer component on the form, without the corresponding server
demo running, and exception 'Unable to connect to server' is thrown
multiple times and the Object Inspector is refreshed, and Delphi acts
weird until it's closed which results in an AV in rbClient107.bpl.

Thanks for reporting this. This will be fixed for RB 10.03.
