RBuilder.pdf - Table of contents out of sync

Hi,

Maybe I'm confused, but have a look:

RB Fundamentals:
Deploy: According to the table of Contents on page 107 but actually
on page 131
RB Enterprise Edition:
Deploy: According to the table of Contents on page 177 but actually
on page 225

The Index is also out of sync.


(I'm using Help & Manual from http://www.ec-software.com/ to do this kind of
documentation, e.g. http://196.33.85.17/geoinfo)
