Internal Server Error On WebTier

Hello

I have a very irritating problem with my web tier on Windows 2003

As soon as I run my report I get the standard annoying Internal Server Error
page

I have run through the article on resolving this but it still does not work

I have also placed logging code into the webtier and I know from this file
that all of the parameters on the web tier are correct, however, my default
action is never getting called

Has anyone ever had this problem?
