Client Error: No Service registered: Session Service

This is an error i'm getting while connecting to a server ?

Any suggestions ?

The server is running in a TService from Delphi.

    Sorry, disregard this message.
    While trying to solve my previous post iinstalled the RBWinservice again,
    searching for possible solutions.
    This automatically installs a sample program on port 1333.

    Stupid mistake.
