Printing infinite loop
I have problem in a report printing many RTF fields.
When a RTF memo ends near the bottom of the page, a blank page is
generated, and the page after the empty page is calculated forever (in
the preview).
The problem is solved if I add a blank row to the memo.
This is (of course) impossible to say to my clients!
In an old message I read:
"Another, non-data related cause can sometimes be your margin
settings. If you have stretching bands that need to overflow to the
next page, if your margins are too tight, sometimes the report engine
will endlessly overflow to the next page trying to fit the overflow
material."
The margins to be changed are the margin of the region, the subreport
or the report ? Can I try to catch the dangerous situation in code ?
