Paper Size for LaserJet 4

I have an app that prints 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch postcards. It prints
fine on a Minolta 2200 Color Laser but I have to set the paper size
manually on any Inkjet that I have tested it on. My LaserJet 4 doesn't
have a paper size for 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 (latest driver) and the print is
being truncated by about 2 inches. How can I set this up so the user
doesn't have to worry about setting paper size? TIA

HP laserJet 4 doesn't support custom paper sizes.
