how can I sum a TppVariable in the summary band without RAP

My customer use a ppVariable to calculate some fields in the detail band,
but how can I sum the ppVariable value in the summary without writing code
in the RAP. I means I hope just like use TppDBCalc to sum a variable. Is
this possible?

Sorry, but you would need to code something in Delphi or RAP.

The other alternative would be to create a custom RCL component that
does what you need. See RBuilder\Demos\RCL for an example of a custom
component.
