Rb6 TppMemo bug in win98

Hi:
I am east user, Our language use doubly character set. we are use Tppmemo
print memo have warp error ,it's error code can't read. I think that it's
Tppmemo use single character set. I want use widechar , how can I do it.

We have no way of testing double byte characters. I've emailed you
privately with contact info for the person who created the Chinese
translation for RB, perhaps he could provide some insight. There are
customers reporting that they are successfully using these characters.
