Error 404 on website

In an attempt to fix the errors in the prior post (Access Violation) I
tried to download a fresh copy of the 5.5 upgrade and received a 404 not
found error. I also tried to downolad 5.6 and 6.0 and received the same
errors. I used the links in the e-mails sent to me.
Help!
