Error: canvas does not allow drawing

Hi!

I have installed the report builder in two PCs. In one, the report builder
works fine. But in the other, when I try to put a field or a label in a
report, I get the error: "canvas does not allow drawing". I reinstalled
report builder several times, but the error still happens.
What is the problem?

1. Make sure that a default printer is installed.

2. I can e-mail you a patch that corrects the issue.
