'Invalid Template Format' with IBDAC

I am using Delphi 7 with ReportBuilder 14.05
After converting from IBX to IBDAC I am receiving 'Invalid Template Format' when I am trying to open report from Report Explorer. Is it problem in IBDAC and how I can add support for it?
