pp2DBarCode does not appear in pdf report

I developed an ISAPI server. I installed it as a service using IIS on azure. It generates the reports in PDF and sends them to the client. In one of the reports, I used pp2DBarCode. when I generate the report in PDF and send it to the client, the pp2DBarCode disappears. running locally on my machine using IIS, the report is generated correctly.
Even creating a report only with pp2DBarCode, when I send it to the client, the component disappears. I did a test with a report with several types of pp2DBarCode. None appears in the report
