Quite often I'm finding that when I'm moving a component down by dragging it with the mouse, the software has other ideas and shoots it upwards instead. Is this a known issue?
1. Which version of ReportBuilder and Delphi are you using?
2. Does this occur when moving all components or just certain ones?
3. Are you able to reliably re-create this issue with the same result? If so, please provide detailed steps to recreate and I will try it here and research a solution.
