We use the email button on the preview. But in de mail the default signature of the person is not attached. I see there is a property EmailSettings.Signature but is it not possible to take the default signature of the person on outlook?
Unfortunately it is not currently possible to "force" Outlook to insert the signature when sending from ReportBuilder.
The Signature property can be used to either define a signature or provide a path to a signature file on the user’s machine. Generally for Outlook users, the saved signatures are stored in the following location (C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures). You could possibly provide your users a dialog or option to select a specific signature file before emailing.
