DBBarcde scaling problem

I recently encountered an interesting bug that was not present in the previous versions of the component (RB_V21_04). The problem is with the DBBarcode component. If the program that does the printing is a service running under the system account, the barcode height is broken and the scaling of the readable part is not correct. If the application is running under another account, admin account, this error does not occur. Everything works fine even if the application is not running as a service, but only as a regular application.
