TppArchiveReader - scrambled file when converting from.RAF format to .PDF

I have a .raf file - when I use TppArchiveReader and DeviceType := dtScreen the content displays just fine. However if we set the "TextFileName" and change DeviceType to dtPDF before I run "Print" - then the output PDF file is possible to open - som text is readable but most of it is just scrambled. If we set ShowPrintDialog := true; and use a PDF printer - everything is fine. The problem is apperently in the RAF files since some of the files work. Any idea what the problem could be and how to get past it?

Which version of ReportBuilder and Delphi are you using? If you create a new archive from the associated report, do you still get this issue?
