GUID for Item_ID

Hi there,

I'm using RB7 Serv with D6 Ent.

To conform to our database conventions I am forced to use GUIDs for the
Item_ID field in the table that will hold my reports.

From an initial investigation it seems that the Report Explorer mechanism
does not work with GUIDs.

Is there a way to get it to use GUIDS for the Item_ID field?

The report explorer folder and item tables use auto increment field types.
You should use the data types as defined in the SQL script included in the
end user database directory for your particular database.
