Unable to format in Excel 2000
I'm unable to format cells in Excel 2000 when opening a sheet exported via
RB 12.04.
The 'Format cells' menu option doesn't do anything when clicked, normally it
would open a dialog where you pick from the available formatting options.
Any idea why?
Excel 2003 and 2007 work as expected.
