pragnaan support - pdf export protected with password

Hi !

I have a problem since I'm working with D2009 (my source code did not
change).
My version is : PsRBExportDevices 11.02 [RB 11.05]

My problem is : when I set a very simple password to protected my pdf
file, I can't read the generated pdf file even if I enter the password
correctly.

What can I do ?
