Export to Excel

Before I plunk down money for a third time... Can anyone confirm a
working export to excel option that doesn't drop lines or mangle
columns? 2007 / RB 10 Server.

There was also some talk of support for Excel directly in Reportbuilder?
Has that made it past the request stage and worth waiting for?
