Problems with printer HP laserjet 3800 DTN

Hello,

Some times (not always) the printer Laserjet 3800 has as device screen
instead of laserjet 3800.
When I restart the program then the printer is correct again, but after some
time it will turn on screen again.
Anny suggestions?

I run the latest reportbuilder version.

    Hi Rob,

    How is the LaserJet connected to your computer? If it is perhaps a network
    printer, it could be possible that your machine has not yet found or
    initialized the printer over the network before you are running your
    application.

    Heloo Nico,

    The printer is connected to the network,
    it occurs when the user has printed before
    so the printer is known when starting the program.

    Hi Rob,

    In this case, the issue is most likely due to a loss of resources or a
    memory leak. Try running your application through a memory manager such as
    AQTime or FastMM and see if you can find where the problem is occuring.
