Which version of ReportBuilder and Delphi are you using? Are you using the built-in PDF device included with RB or a third party export device? Which specific characters are giving the problem?

Unfortunately in order to see these fonts correctly, the PDF device will need to embed them into the PDF document. This is a feature that is not currently implemented for ReportBuilder however we plan to add it to the next major release. Currently all other third party export devices include this feature.
