problems after update

We use Report Builder within our software to create labels and reports
relavant to our customers needs. After installing the latest version a
problem seems to have appeared. Labels that previously worked OK now seem
to be printing incorrectly. The label includes a BarCode plus 3 text boxes,
the problem seems to be that the printable area has been decreased and the
BarCode etc is being compressed within this. I can see no reason why this
might happen as all of the settings seem to be correct.

Added to this I have the ability to log in to the customer system and print
to my PC from his installation. When I do this I can reproduce the error
but when I import the relevant label on to my PC and print (therefore using
the same printer driver) it prints correctly.

Can you offer any advice

    Hi Carl,

    Are you able to recreate this behavior if you print directly from your
    machine (your printer, your printer driver)? Have your customer try
    printing to a different printer and see if they get the same effect.

    Are you certain your customer was using the same printer and printer driver
    when the labels were printing correctly?

    Which version of ReportBuilder were you using when the labels were printing
    correctly?
