Export To Stream Error when adding TppRichText to existing report

Subject line says it all. I added a RichText to an existing report and
Extra ReportBuilder Devices (xtradev6) pops an exception 'Export To Stream
Error'. I believe we had been users of the previous version (pragnaan or
whatever). We are exporting the report to PDF using xtradev.

Please help.

    Thanks. I'll give that a try, although I think I have figured it out. I
    didn't resave the .rtm when I added the new control, so the export was
    using a template that didn't have the new control on it.
