print problem from ReportBuilder to an excel file

When i make a transfer from ReportBuilder preview with the proccess print to
file to an excel file
then only few lines from a dbmemo tranfers to excel,not all of them.
Is this an Excel property or a problem?

For a quicker response about this issue, you might try contacting the
support email address of the third party export software you are using to
create excel files.
