Want to combine a non-ReportBuilder page into a single print job

I already use the technique used in demo 123 to have 2 different reports
printed into a single printer job, using TppPrinterDevice.

Now I need to add a third-party report in the same print job, but that
single page report is already formatted for the printer. Worse, their
report is preformatted in PCL and our printer driver is PS.

Any idea on how can I merge their report?

ReportBuilder uses Windows API commands to draw text and images to the
printer's device context (i.e. the printer canvas).

ReportBuilder does not contain any functionality for processing or
translating PCL pages.

Perhaps there is a utility available that can convert the PCL to a
metafile.
