Better break on subtotals in groupfooter and next groupheader

i have a group around a dynamic detail. The detail can hold one to 100
lines.
In one group there could be 1 to 100 detail bands.
Both group header and footer are very small (5-7mm)

Problem:
after the group breaks near the end of the page, the footer prints often
alone at the next page.
also in other some situations the hedaer of the next group prints at the end
of the firstz page without details.

What i am looking for is an easy way to put the groupfooter only on the next
page if next group header and some part of details does not fit on the first
page. But never print the group footer as first on a new page without some
lines of details.

i have tried out with Next page if less than 20mm, but heder and footer of
the group is only 5mm and it seems that this only controls the next detail,
instead of the coming groupfooter.
