Memo output split onto two lines when saved as text.

I've created a report that includes a DBMemo field that I want to save as a
CSV file.
In my test data, a lot of the memo fields contain the same content.
All works as expected, but at some point through the file random lines have
the memo field content split onto a new line. For example 284 lines output
correctly, then line 285 is split, then OK to line 326, then OK to line 408
and so on.
Editing the report and changing the width of the memo changes the point in
the file where the problem occurs.
Is this a known issue, if so is there any workaround?

This is not a known issue. If possible, please send an example that I
can run on my machine that demonstrates this issue and I'll take a look
