List index out of bounds error in Print-dialog

Just noticed a reproducable error in 12.05:

When you show the print dialog, check the Print To File checkbox and start
typing a filename in the Where box,
a ListIndex out of bounds error occurs, because the type has not been choosen
yet.

Hi Bas,

For RB 12, we added the Report.DefaultFileDeviceType property which
automatically sets the device type for the user. Setting this will
prevent this error from ever happening.

For RB 14, the DefaultFileDeviceType is automatically set to PDF so
there error will never occur.
