RB 12.05 and Duplex printing on HP 4600 dtn Colour Laser

HP Colour Laser Jet 4600 dtn with latest Printer Drivers installed
RB 7.04 Enterprise being upgraded to RB 12.05 Enterprise Build 251

We have a customer who uses duplex printing on various documents. I am in
the process of upgrading them from RB 7.04 to 12.05 and I am having an issue
with Duplex printing where the same Document designs work perfectly under
7.04 but when using 12.05 the Back Page prints either upside down or not at
all. Just wondered if someone could point me in the right direction as to
were I should be looking to resolve this issue.

We have not heard of any issues with duplex printing and RB 12.05. My
first suggestion would be to open the PrinterSetup.DeviceSettings dialog
in your report and be sure all duplex options are set correctly for the
printer you are using.

Are you able to test with a different printer? If so, try that so we
can isolate the problem either being with a specific printer/driver or
something that happens with all printers.
