ppLabel with atRight-Anchor - staying left on Orientation-change

Hi!

A report has a TppLabel with Anchors [atTop, atRight].
When toggling the Report-Orientation the control keeps its left-position
and does not align on the right side as expected.

Just upgraded from RB 9 - which had a different behaviour:
the control?s Left-Position changed, the control stayed right aligned

Is the described behaviour with Anchor [atTop, atRight] now by design?

P.S: when changing the anchors to [atTop, atLeft, atRight] the control
expands (as expected)
so that the margin between label and report?s right border stays constant.
