Bottom Margin endless printing question

I have version 11.04 (or 11.08, cannot remember), of the report writer.
For some reports, the text is printing too close to the bottom and in
the preview window it prints an endless number of pages. Changing the
bottom margin of the report fixes it, but is there any kind of update
that will fix this automatically? I know there is a version 12.x out
there. Have any changes for this been put into that?

Hi Jeff,

ReportBuilder does not have logic in place to warn you if your static
report design extends beyond the page boundaries. It is up to the
designer of the report to be aware of the space available and design the
report accordingly. Dynamically (growing) reports will not experience
this issue.

We face the same problem sometimes. The reports where it occurs are
all dynamically growing (no static bands or regions).

The problem is that it almost can't be reproduced because it is
influenced by data and pagemargins and ???.

Which version of ReportBuilder are you using? Are you able to reliably
recreate this issue with a simple example? If so, please send it to
