Bug: Wrong default for TppDesigner.DataSettings.DatabaseType

Hi,

I have the following problem: I set
TppDesigner.DataSettings.DatabaseType to dtOther and do a save. Then I
close and reopen the source. Now the DatabaseType is dtParadox.

I found the error in ppDsgnDB.pas. The default for
TppDataSettings.DatabaseType is dtOther but in the Create it's set to
dtParadox.

For the time being I can patch the file myself. I hope you will correct
this bug in the next release.
