DBMemo Minimum height

I was just curious, if you have a dbmemo and set the stretch property,
it expands and/or contracts to fill the space for the text. Is there a
way to set the minimum height so that it will (for example), always take
5 lines up even if there are only 2 lines of text, but if there are 10
lines of text, it will use the ten lines?

Hi Jeff,

A MinHeight property was added to all Stretchable components for RB 12.
Setting this will ensure that a stretchable component such as a DBMemo
will never become smaller than the value given even if no data is present.
