ReportBuilder 18.02 includes VCL support for Delphi 10.2 Tokyo, Delphi
10.1 Berlin, Delphi 10 Seattle, Delphi XE8, XE7, XE6, XE5, XE4, XE3,
XE2, XE, Delphi 2007, and Delphi 7.

- Report tabset, Need to update when subreport z-order modified
- Data Explorer, Memory error during Designer free

- JITPipeline, When RecordCount modified, internally call Close

- Variable, Calc issue can occur due to inaccurate group orphan
management
- Barcode, PDF 417 encoding not switching correctly for some special chars
- Barcode, DataMatrix being cut off for certain encodings
