ReportBuilder 11.08: extra white line if you use region

?I have an image on page style that would be watermark on output. When I
put memo or label on detail area, it works ok in pdf file. But if I put
the memo or label in a region, it displays extra white lines on region
border. It is ok in screen. I try to change all values in border of
region, it doesn't make different. Anyone knows how to fix the strange
problem?

    Jim,

    This question has already been received via email, and the Delphi Third
    Party newsgroup. Please only post a question to a single place. This
    makes the job of tracking down and finding issues much quicker and
    easier, and keep us (and you) from having to keep multiple threads up to
    date.

    Note that occationally NewsWhat is unable to connect to our (and other)
    servers. If you would like to connect to them more reliably, I suggest
    using a newsreader such as Thunderbird or XanaNews.

    about transparent RichText.
