Load version 20 form into older version of report builder

Is there any way to load a form developed in v19 report building into a system that uses v14 (the older format)? is there any way to convert backwards ? I tried removing the RAP code, but there were still errors trying to load it.

ReportBuilder does not support loading new reports into older versions.
